from pictures that were originally in the Public Domain.
What is Public Domain?
The public domain is not a place. A work of authorship is in the "public domain" if it is no longer under copyright protection or if it failed to meet the requirements for copyright protection. Works in the public domain may be used freely without the permission of the former copyright owner.
My Terms
Because I have spent a great deal of time, money and creative energy restoring and optimising each and every image and graphic offered here my only condition is that you do not resell my images in the same way I do, as stand alone images.
Please feel free to use in any other way you wish for Personal or Commercial Use. My Images are great for Zazzlers, I use them myself in my Zazzle Gallery :-)
Or you could Print them yourself and resell the Prints over and over.
Web Design would be another use - look at my Header at top of this page, a beautiful example of a Vintage Collage made entirely from the images and graphics offered here.
Yet another way of using my Vintage Images is in Auction Templates for eBayers, I am the designer for TemplateMate and I use them in my Vintage Auction Template Category
As you can appreciate I have found many uses for these gorgeous Images and I am sure you will too :-)
I believe these amazing images belong to us "The Public" and as such I don't place a whole lot of unnecessary restrictions on my beautifully restored Vintage Images and Graphics.
